The fine print
There is a construction in front of the building that is usually noisy from Monday to Friday between 7am-7pm, unfortunately we have no control over the construction, that's why our rate already includes a discount.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The studio had everything you could need. The bed was very big and comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped. It was nice they offered sun bed and sun umbrella as well. Very good communication with the staff. Located in a quiet area of playa del Carmen.

Location is great, in a bit more quiet area but you can walk to the beach and restaurants.

A great spot and nice wee place. The place was a great size and having a kitchen was really nice. The beach chair and umbrella were a wonderful surprise as as well. The only downside was that the place wasn't cleaned at all in the 4 nights I was there. I guess that was why the price was ok, but after that amount of time and with beach visits, I would have been nice to have the floors tidied at least.

Clean, close to all local amenities and very well equipped. The team are also exceptionally communicative. Super easy booking and have already rebooked!
