The location. The spaciousness. It was clearly once a very luxurious apartment. Great fridge. Well equipped kitchen. Aircons in all rooms, a great rooftop pool.

Location is good, building overall good and pool area nice. Building manager tried to fulfil our requests and continuous support. The construction work across the street is not a problem.

Stayed at Klem Residence in Playa Del Carmen with my daughter. The apartment is notably large with marble and granite finishes. We appreciated the quiet location, just a short walk to Encanto Beach and 5th Avenue. The private balcony was a nice touch, as was the rooftop pool. Definitely a decent place for a getaway!

The building was great, it was clean and comfortable, we had 5 apartments and the whole family was together It was close to the beach and walking distance from all restaurants and shopping The elevator was great as well
