Please note that for reservations of 20 or more days, cleaning and electricity are not included in the price. Electricity will be charged according to consumption and guests must pay for 2 cleaning services per month, at a cost of MXN 350 per clean.For reservations of 20 days or more, the cost of the electricity service is charged to the guest, this is calculated with the reading of the electric meter upon arrival. - For reservations of 1 month or more, 1 mandatory weekly cleaning will be done at the guest's cost. The cleaning fee varies between 350 and 450 Mexican pesos.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Spacious, functional and beautifully decorated, cosy apartment with an extensive balcony and an access to the rooftop pool and bbq area with magnificent view. The residential area was quiet and the Polo 88 beach next to it was blue flag with up-to-date public services. The communication with the host was good and the problem we had with a clogged sink was almost immediately taken care of.

Clean apartment, very well equipped, all you need when staying with family, spacious rooms. Quick access to the beach. Nice rooftop area with BBQ and sunbeds.
