There is intermittent construction going on in the vicinity of the apartment, it is not worked on every day, but when it is done it is within the hours of 8:00 to 16:00 minus weekends. The location in a reasonably quiet location, near good restaurants and bars. Very near the main promenade - a 3 minute walk. José was always ready to help and focused on helping you to be comfortable. He doesn’t speak English, but a translation app can easily help and I had no trouble doing so.

The apartment was perfect. Very clean, well furnished and perfectly equipped. The owners are very kind. The garage was also much appreciated. Supermarket close to the apartment, as well a restaurant with good food 20m away.

A great host, doesn't speak english, but puts a lot of effort to communicate with help of translator. Great welcoming vibe :) The place has a retro vibe, super spacious with the view of mount Teide and the ocean. There are nice restaurants nearby.
