I want to highlight the incredible hospitality of the staff — especially Chef Rafael. He was genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve met. His warmth, professionalism, and outstanding customer service truly made my experience memorable. You can tell he really cares about the guests — always going above and beyond with a smile!!! I loved talking to him. Thank you, Chef Rafael, for making me feel so welcome.

We had such an amazing time at vanilla garden hotel. When we checked in the receptionist Renè (sorry if I got his name wrong) was absolutely brilliant at welcoming us and telling us about the hotel and the facilities. The other receptionists throughout the week were extremely helpful and kind towards our requests. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and the pastries were my favourite! It was quite interesting to see a chef cooking your eggs for you. Coffee from the coffee machines was also extremely good. The pool area always had plenty of beds available at all times that were kept clean by the cleaning staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is great too despite being close to Veronicas strip, it was pretty quiet and out of the way of it. The hotel is clean, fresh looking and the greenery around the hotel added a nice touch to everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and want to come back again!

Cozy and clean apartments with a lot of space. Fantastic pool area, and super friendly staff which helps you all the way. You can find peace in otherwise not se peaceful location. Bar area is very nice and complimentari to pool area.

Location is excellent. No street noise heard. Pool are is amazing. So relaxing. Poolside bar with food was very nice. Onsite massage is excellent. Good solid muscle massage. Would definitely return
