Price for changing a pool towel: The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure. Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days. Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Pool side room - was upside down living - so kitchen/lounge upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Rooms and bathroom were a bit tired but still very nice. A compact 4 person apartment. Cleaning was good. The pool was kept clean and tidy and was warm.

The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.
