The location is excellent couldn’t have picked a better place. The pool area was nice and clean and not too busy.

This appt. is in a great location in Las Americas. Beech, walks, bars and restaurants within easy reach. The Vista's beech is only a short distance away and there is plenty of shopping for the women close by. The appt is only a short walk to the rocky beech (Surfers) and from there you can walk as far as you want in either direction. There are 2 bathrooms and they were both clean with plenty of towels (a bit dated but sufficient). Upstairs, there are 2 single beds and downstairs one Double. Kitchen was well equipped and the balcony had seating for 4 plus some stools and it overlooked a side street where there were bars and restaurants. Noise was NOT an issue. The appt. is on the 3rd floor and there is NO lift. Overall, I have to say that you get what you pay for in this part of the island, but it is ok especially if you have two younger children as I think that 4 adults would be a cramped.

Great area for families, restaurants, bars, & supermarket on your doorstep. 2 Showers (although small) was good as it only took half the time for us all to get ready.
