I liked the space within the villa, the ability to cook and maintain our own stay. The pool was nice although a little cold for the time of year we went. There was 2 TV's so chilling out in the evening was easy enough. Each bedroom had air conditioning and there was enough bathrooms for everyone staying.

Location good but have stayed in this area before and knew a car is required or regular taxi use to allow for shopping etc. 8 people staying in the villa therefore required lots of food, water etc. lovely outside space and plenty of room for all guests. Great size pool and pool towels provided. Beds comfy. 2 high hairs provided and a stair gate. The stair gate did not actually fit the stair but this was quickly remedied when property manager informed. A short walk to the water park and a reasonable walk to the lovely flamingo beach.
