The house was very spacious , and stylishly furnished and decorated, with a maritime theme. There were huge amounts of storage, and a private garden space. A view over mountains from the kitchen and the sea in distance from upstairs balcony. The shared pool on the development was a bit chill in February/ early march, but pleasantly sheltered and mostly deserted. We really like the long promenade at Playa Blanca, it is about a mile to the marina, and a favourite walk with great views.

There was ample space in the property and the double bed was especially comfortable. The property owner provided lots of helpful information before our stay and this was really appreciated. The close proximity to the Papagayo beaches was a bonus. Also, property is close to internal bus service into Playa Blanca.

Looked as if it was a fully equipped house but on holidays… whatever you could have think of was there, fully working and available, whether in kitchen or leisure area. Even BT speaker and automatic aroma dispenser. Walk-in wardrobe was incredibly useful and spacious, also very well thought through. Did I mention tealight candles around bathtub and a huge shower cabin? Fantastic location if you value peace and silence, far from touristy noise, yet nearest to the best beaches.
