The facilities were great , everything worked mostly, electrics never tripped which is happened in lots of places we stayed . We liked the peace and calm. Yes it’s out of the way but the local supermarket on flat walk is very handy. We didn’t experience any building noise like previous reviews , yes there are lot of half built properties but lots of permanent residents too. Didn’t find dust a problem at all . Aircon in bedrooms excellent which made for good nights sleep. Huge smart TV so we watched lots of movies once u have ur Netflix account Pool area fab , just perfect for chilling

We had a couple of minor issues and these were swiftly resolved by contacting Claudia who made sure everything was resolved. The villa had excellent eqpt included and was well maintained
