Good value for money, good downtown location, lotsa space in apartment. Easy check-in. Given only one night stay planned (less than 12 hours), this booking was good and I understand the objective (support affordable downtown accommodation) which I was happy to contribute to, but little details outlined below prevented higher score.

I liked the no-contact check-in. I only saw one member of staff and she was lovely. The furniture in the room and the appliances in the kitchen were quite old, but everything worked and it was clean. The water wasn't always as hot as I would like and the showers don't have great water pressure. But for this money and the location it was all good.
