Well House is situated in central Pitlochry a few minutes walk from the main street. Ample private, off street parking at the rear of the main building. Met by proprietor who was engaging, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room on first floor was quiet, bright, spacious and well appointed as was the ensuite shower room. Bed and soft furnishings of a very good quality. Continental breakfast with wide choice of breakfast items. Other bedrooms, lounge area and breakfast room on ground floor.

Breakfast was very good continental style, room was very clean but a little dated, location was good with very easy access to town centre. The room was quiet at night
