Everything about this apartment was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom/shower was spacious enough, the kitchenette was well equipped and the hosts were very welcoming and very helpful.

Perfect Location. Easy and free parking at Parcheggio di via Cardella with a laundromat just south of the parking lot. Positive vibes. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to get off the standard tourist path for a quieter and more immersive Italian trip. This location is a short drive to Orvieto (busier but worth the 1 hour trip), Sorrano and other Tufa towns, and Cascate del Mulino (free hot springs.) The Host and Hostess are knowledgeable about the significant ancient Etruscan roads, sites, and caves in the area. The room is well equipped to stay in and cook some meals for yourself. Plenty of hikes and sites nearby kept us busy for our 3 days, and we didn't even see all that was there!
