The villa was in a wonderful location, with sea views from the upstairs balcony. The village of Pissouri is very pretty. It's 1.5 km from the villa. There are many tavernas to choose from. You can walk in and get a taxi back . The owner is very helpful, if you need to know any information. The local beach is around 4 km . The beach is sand and stones, there are many tavernas there as well. We had a problem with the Aircon breaking down in the sitting room, but it didn't worry us as we were in the pool or at the beach during the day. The bedrooms had a good Aircon so we were fine. They have a Cyprus night every Friday in the village square, highly recommended lots of fun and dancing. Our flight home was late and the owner allowed us to stay till later, much appreciated. Would return as it was so peaceful . Had a fantastic two weeks.

The villa was extremely private and the location very quiet and peaceful. The directions to the villa were clear and easy to follow. We also greatly appreciated the helpfulness of Panikos, the owner.

We have just returned from staying in Kapsalia Villas, it was very well located with a nice walk into the village, the villa was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and the pool was fantastic. we will certainly be returning and will hopefully stay in the same villa again, Panikos was really friendly and helpful, he corresponded with us prior to us arriving and gave us full instructions on how to get into the villa (our flight was very late at night), he came on the first morning to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed, We saw him around and we were met with a very friendly smile and chat, he is a perfect host. We would definitely recommend these villas to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

We loved the bedrooms as both were comfortable had a great view on the balcony, each had their own en-suite which was great. We loved the property we were allocated as it provided great views and privacy. The pool was amazing and plenty of sun beds to relax on. The WiFi was a really good. Area was perfect, could walk into the village centre and was very peaceful and quiet in the local area. Dishwasher was useful. We were given new towels and linen on a couple of occasions during the week.
