The host was kind and very well reachable by phone. Moreover his English is fluent, which is helpful for those not speaking Italian. Any time we called him to discuss arrival time he promptly answered the phone and he was at the gate to receive us while arriving. The location is just PERFECT within 5 minutes walking distance from the airport. Very practical when leaving early for an early flight. From the apartment it is only a 10 minute walk to the city and to the Tower of Pisa it takes 40 minutes walk (which is a great walk, while lots to see on the way and a very lively atmosphere; we would not have wanted to miss that walk!). And last but not least: the personal service was outstanding. Not just a host who gives the keys, but also attentive (for example coffee and mineral water as welcome) and very helpful when in trouble: one of us had lost a golden earring in the apartment, but only realised it once at the airport. The host answered immediately by message and took personal care of searching for it. Fortunately he found it and did lots of effort to send it by air mail. A prove of exceptional hospitality. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The flat is lovely, with comfortable beds. The host greeted us with a smile, explained how everything works, and offered help whenever needed, which made us feel welcome and at ease. We stayed just one night, as we had an early flight from Pisa Airport, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the terminal. The host was very kind and thoughtful, even leaving water bottles for us to refresh ourselves. Truly lovely people!

Nice, modern and convenient for a night before an early flight or when arriving late in Pisa. It’s walking distance to the airport, so you don’t have to worry about transportation or traffic.
