Fabulous find, highly recommend. Carmen was wonderful and so friendly. Perfect location and so lovely and quiet. Great room with lovely big bed and great bathroom and excellent air-conditioning.

We loved our stay, great location, and beautiful room. Brilliant communication and instructions regarding the self check in from Paolo. We met Christine when we arrived and also at breakfast, she could not have been more helpful and friendly. She made the best coffee ever. We would definitely recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer. Amazing value for money.

This B&B is in a great location to walk to the centre of Pisa. It was a warm day so Carmen set up breakfast outside for us. Basic but comfortable
