A clean, fragrant, and comfortable environment. Maurizio is very friendly, approachable, and willing to help. The location is excellent — close to the main tourist attractions — and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. It was an excellent stay. 10/10 ! Grazie, Maurizio.

Very central , we had a twin room as requested, the beds were very comfortable and lovely pillows, large soft towels and plenty of toiletries. A big bonus was the air con kept us cool day and night and not noisy. Plenty of good eateries on the doorstep. Mauritzio the proprietor was so helpful a lovely gentleman.

The location, you literally walk 15 metres and can see the leaning tour! There is a gelato place and multiple restaurants a 1 minute walk away too. The room was clean, quiet and Maurizio was very welcoming!

Great location! Can’t get any better so close to the main attractions. Brilliant host who welcomed us warmly. Lovely room, very clean and beds were very comfy
