This is a fantastic place at a good location at a very reasonable price. It's right beside the Rossore station (5 minutes by train to Centrale) and within walking distance of the tower. The garden is beautiful, you don't feel like you're in the city. I slept like a baby. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can make your own meals.

Very kind hostes. Perfect location near the train station, near the Piazza del Duomo. Great for further trips, but very quiet because you are surrounded by trees. The garden is wonderful for rest and enjoyment. the pool is a big plus to enjoy.

Very complete studio apartment run by a charming lady. By having the beds on a loft there was ample space downstairs. The patio in front was partially covered and protected from the elements, while the vine covered rear of the patio gave additional shade which was not necessary during my stay but would be nice during the height of summer. The studio is located within walking distance (less than 5min) from the San Rossore station and the leaning tower (10min).

The location and accommodation was great. The space was great - be careful of mosquitos though as there were so many when sitting on the seating area outside - with decent air conditioning, fridge and everything else you could need for a short stay. Pool was appreciated as it was 30 degrees when we were there in September. A short walk to a smaller train station which took us to Lucca. A 15 minute taxi ride from the airport and a 10 minute taxi ride to Pisa Centrale. A supermarket just on the other side of the local train station. The Leaning Tower is a 10/15 minute walk - takes you straight by the supermarket I just mentioned - and there are loads of restaurants. If you're looking for restaurant/coffeeshop recommendations, I'd recommend Il Peperoncino for food and Filter for coffee/pastries.
