Pets are not allowed in Bar/Restaurant area.All rooms are No-Smoking, the penalty for smoking in a room is € 180.00 per room, and may be charged after check-out if smoking evidence is found after guest departure.Air conditioning with 2-pipe system. Cooling or heating depends on the season. The staff are amazing. We left a phone in a taxi the day before we were due to travel home. The hotel contacted the taxi company and arranged for it to be dropped off at the hotel, they then packaged it and returned it to us in the uk. Excellent customer service
