Localisation is very good -very close to our favourite beach, with almost no car traffic ( there is a railway very close and you hear the trains but this is the case for all houses in PIneto located close to the sea). The apartment is spacious with big terrace, reserved parking place. The garden inside is very nice and clean. Within short walking distance you can borrow a bike, fin some nice restaurants and very good local bakery.

Pineto is a beautiful, green and peaceful town. Loved the pine trees on the beach.

The location is good, very close to the beaches (you can get an umbrella and 2 chairs for 10€/day at the Capana beach https://mapy.cz/s/hukodagocu) or even closer there is the free public beach. The railroad is very close and the trains cause a loud noise, but it is only very short and not too busy - in a few days one can get used to it. The pine grove is perfect - very pleasant to rest in during a hot day. The main street Viale Gabriele d'Annunzio is closed to traffic and becomes a pedestrian zone after 21:00 which is very pleasant for a walk with local ice cream.
