The apartment was comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing stay. As a bonus, it included a sauna, which added to the overall experience.The owner was extremely welcoming to our requirements.

The apartament is very spacious for 3 persons and a dog. Own sauna is cool (hot indeed) !!! The view for Maiskogel is picturesque. For me it was important that there was a plenty of space to make walks with a dog around. Strategic location - 4 min to Maiskogel parking and 6 min to Schmittenhohe parking in Zell am Zee. This is not luxury apartament, but it give Alp's vibe, and consist everything for family skiing trip.

Beautiful, spacious, and authentic apartments in a classic Austrian chalet. Stunning views of the mountain landscapes. The apartments are large, very warm, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fantastic location, close to the ski lifts. The hospitable hosts welcomed us personally, treated us to delicious donuts, and as a bonus, we were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious and warm. It has all the necessary equipment and facilities for a week's stay. It is very conveniently located on the outskirts of Kaprun (3 minutes drive). The center of Zell-am-see is 10 minutes away. There's a ski bus around 200 meters from the apartment (a bit steep entrance road (50 m) may be icy, so be careful). The view in the direction of Kaprun is great, and you can see Maiskogel and Kitzshteihorn. A train station is just 5 minutes of easy walk from the apartment and may be used to travel the region without a car. The hosts are attentive to requests, and language was not a barrier. Bonus: Each of the apartments has a Sauna !
