Close to the ferry, pub across the square and a wee shop selling groceries and hot food close by.

Location was easy to find. Host offered to collect us from the ferry so that we didn’t have to carry all of our luggage.

This is a long-established and comfortable backpackers. Every time we have stayed there we have received the same friendly greeting and helpful attitude.

The kitchen facilities were good. The room was clean, quite spartan but the bed was comfy and we were warm. Generally, the place served our need for basic accommodation for the night. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
