everything was great, had accidently double booked but staff member helped sort it and refund was issued within a couple of days.

We arrived at midnight off the ferry to a lovely warm room. Instructions were left at reception door for us, they were nice and easy to follow. Very clean units with a fantastic central location for walking around town. Our unit was street facing, it was great to sit in the morning with coffee and watch town activity go by. The manager was great, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again anytime.
