We had the pool access rooms which were great, I would suggest handrails for the pool to room entry

Great hotel right near Phuket old town and within walking distance. Only thing that let it down is - if you put do not disturb sign on your door, they will call you and ask you if you want the room cleaned. And wake you up. They also called to see if I was checking out, despite having 40 minutes to spare. They overuse the very loud annoying phone. The main path by the pool can also be extremely slippery.

Great room and quality building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and spacious rooms. Good value for money and great location close to old town Phuket.
