Clean, but some upper surfaces are dusty. Great breakfast (which is surprising for the price of 500 baht) Very friendly and cool staff

Great place for the price. In the central part of the city, but a few hundred meters from the busy street, so it's quiet. Very helpful and nice staff. The price, which is less than 500 baht per room, even includes breakfast.

The host was very kind and helpful. Nice simple breakfast, plus free fruits, tea, coffee and water. Bonnus for hot water too. Great outside space and nice communal kitchen with fridge and everything. Free use of the washing machine. Easy 20 minutes walk to the night market across the road from the historical park. Very quiet location and quiet aircon and slept really well.

The owner was the best, he made us Breakfast at 6:45 so we could take bus to chang mai early in the morning. Also the vibe is Very good is the Hotel. You really get what you paid for.
