Wonderful experience. Room was clean and spacious enough. Location was great since it was easy to walk or ride a bike (hotel rents bicycles) to attractions of Ayutthaya. But still the best thing was personnel. I haven't met so friendly and helpful people anywhere. They made me to feel welcome and gave also very useful advice that made my stay in Ayutthaya even better. I highly recommend!

Family-owned guesthouse, we stayed there only for one night as we were short of time and rented bicycles to visit the town/temples in the afternoon. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We had to leave early the following morning to return to Bangkok. They offered us breakfast but we didn't have time. Gave us bottles of water. Would definitely recommend. A+

We had a lovely stay at T&N home, all of the facilities were very clean and there is a breakfast of melon, fried eggs and tea/coffee included. We were also given fresh watermelon upon arrival and the next day after we had explored which was much appreciated! We borrowed bikes for our cycle around the temples which were free and super handy! The family are so incredibly lovely and welcoming and their dog is super cute! Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely friendly family. Run by 3 generations of ladies. Everything worked as it should and they were so helpful. Basic but good breakfast. Good value. Good aircon.
