Nothing was ever too much for Linda. We arrived at 3am on a sleeper bus and allowed us to stay in an empty dorm for free until our room was ready in the morning. We were then upgraded for free due to a double booking, plus given a discount due to a slight problem on our final night (she was asleep so couldn’t rectify it, hence the discount upon checkout).

Great value for money, spacious clean room, very comfy bed and pillows, kind family that owns the place. Good location. We did not have kettle in the room (I think because we chose the cheapest) but the owner was kind enough to give us a cup of hot water when we needed. The breakfast was simple but they always went to get fresh bread each morning which I think is a nice touch.

This property is in a great location, lots of bars around and close to the Phong Nha cave. The staff are lovely and very helpful, we got a bit lost and couldn’t find the place, the owner came to find us on the street. The room itself was clean. Definitely recommend staying.

Great location, very helpful staff and friendly, private room was awesome and let us stay in the room till we got out night bus (condition was we booked the bus through them), easy to book activities.
