After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. You will be in a lively neighborhood that is prone to noise from nearby nightlife. The upstairs bedroom in the Two-Bedroom Apartment is open concept without a door.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Really nice apartment. Very comfortable with everything you need. Really convenient for downtown Phoenix and super close to a lovely coffee shop and restaurant. Really good communication from the property owners too.

Great value for money, it has absolutely everything you need. It was clean and the interior was beautiful. Washer and dryer too! The bed was so big and comfortable. It was so amazing. Lovely views. Nice rooftop seating area. Also had a secure place to put your baggage on check in and check out until needed.
