I thought that we were provided with a free continental breakfast. We didn't get breakfast because I'm not a gold member. That was a first for me. That will definitely be a factor before I book again at a Hilton / Double tree property.

Furniture was old and not up to standard. Toilet and bed was good. Breakfast was very much below standard. However, I cant remember how much was paid thus if it was free I cant complain. Usually a good breakfast with Scrambled egg, sausages, baked beans, boiled veggies would have been reasonable.

The reception / outside area as a whole looks like a high quality hilton, modern, etc. Although this was misleading, as the actual rooms are NOT the quality you expect from a Hilton. More like a budget motel.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We did like it a lot, and will seriously consider staying there again if we return to Phoenix for any reason.
