It is located near the quay and a lot of attractions are at a walkable distance from the hostel. Nice bar area where they usually stream sports. Free water. Decently clean facilities.

The aircon shutdown from 12 pm to 4 pm dily with one fan on makes the whole dorm very hot and stuffy. CERTAINLY NEED ANOTHER FAN to cool the place

I had a great time staying here. The dorm beds are pod style, with a privacy curtain and big mattress. My favorite part about Big Easy was socializing in the bar, great happy hours and tasty food! Would definitely recommend

Overall it was fine, the hostel and bathroom were super clean and the staff super helpful and nice. The thing that bothered me is that when you close the curtain of your bed, it's 1000⁰C so you have to keep your curtain open so the AV can reach you, to be able to sleep well and you lose this capsule privacy then... Second thing is that the ground floor is a sports bar, just on the side of the party streets and prostitution area, which is fine but creepy men are staying at the bar down and I didn't stay longer in Phnom Phen because I didn't feel comfortable enough as a female solo traveler. I don't think anything would have happened anyways, it's just that I wouldn't choose this hostel if you need to chill a bit.
