Overall okay but place is feeling a bit tired and aging. Breakfast day 1 a bit dismal. "Fresh milk" was UHT. Orange juice cordial. Hot food luke warm. Day 2 a little better with some real chicken.

Great location, close to the weekend markets and just a walk to the night markets. Pool downstairs was great and the roof top spas were really good too. We enjoyed our stay with teen kids - they had a twin separate room.

Great location, real value for the money...very pleasant staff, rhe room had very good lighting, air condition, new bed linens, new bath furnishings- recently refurbished probably...great breakfast with roof restaurent with river view...we greatly enjoyed.
