We found our room to be spacious, exceptionally well equipped and excellent value. Our 11th floor views were great day and night. Laundry was efficient. Desk staff were very helpful. It was a surprise to have complimentary drinks and a light buffet on Wednesday night, most unexpected. I would recommend it and I would return if in Philadelphia again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. They had a great sense of humor, made great recommendations for local dining, and ordered repairs on the blinds in the room lickety split!
