Liked the newness and cleanliness of the hotel. Bed was comfortable. It was good to have a 24h coffee machine in the foyer. Nice location and plenty of free parking around the hotel.

I've stayed at avid hotels before and really liked the concept and service. This avid wasn't as great as the other one I've stayed at, but was pretty good overall. Very quiet, safe location outside of Milwaukee just off major road. Room was comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was ok. A few things made this stay a bit dissapointing compared to other avid hotel stays (including the rate which was higher than usual, but it was a popular weekend for this area I guess). But overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again if I am back in the area. The beds are SUPER comfy, and they keep these rooms spotless. Food (fast food and sit-down), grocery, drugstore and several other stores nearby. Short drive to a cute Lakeside village area with shops and a beach.
