Easy check-in, very clean, comfy beds, spacious appartment. Very well positioned air conditioning unit - it managed to cool down the whole place in 30 minutes - all 3 rooms and kitchen, tops once we arrived on a 39 degrees outside and continued to be so for several days. The water pressure is very good, warm water comes in an instant. The place is quiet, the yard is beautiful, with lots of shade from the trees where you can stay and relax (when there are not 39 degrees outside, of course) - use mosquito spray as as expected there are lots of mosquitoes (everywhere where there is greenery and moist, not only in Petrcane). There are turtles in the yard - we met them couple of days after our arrival. They would come out when we wet the garden, to drink water. We gave them fruits and salad and they loved it. The beach is 200m away. 600m further there is greenery and high trees offering shade for the whole day - Donje Petrcane Beach- 4 euro to get a chaise-longue for the day. At Falkensteiner resort you pay a 5 euro fee for the day, 2 chaise-longs and an umbrella is 20 euro - we did not try it - we loved the tree shadow which was free.... But what we loved most was the Punta Skala wild beachPetrcane is full of restaurants. Nin old city is 6 minutes by car - so it is also a very good option for eating. There are market stores in the area and Lidl from Zadar is 10 min away by car. So all very convenient if you want to manage cooking at the appartment. We ate two times at the restaurant in Nin where we like the pizza and the sea food - MAD DUCK - nice place. In the appartment kitchen you have everything you need to cook. There is one electric part and 3 parts linked to a gas tank. The electric part is very good, coffee in 3 minutes, stew in 40 min, everything really fast with less heat. A really great appartment, we will book again if we return to Petrcane next year.

Great big tree in yard, clean room, the sea is close, nice quiet place. The owner helped order a birthday cake for my daughter. Nice people. I can only recomend it :) super

It was clean, not far away from the beach -300m, close to the city center -700m. Very nice and helpful owner of the apartment.

Thank you! It was nice stay in peaceful Petrcane. Very good price/performance ratio. All you need is at hand. Very close to good beaches and beach bars. The host was helpful and kind. I recommend :-)
