It is a big complex. I was there for a local wedding and they had booked Lumi with a couple of air bnb suppliers. Because I wanted to not stay with a number of others I then booked a room separately. I went downstairs to collect the keys and discovered I booked the wrong dates!!! There was a staff member named Grace who came to my rescue. The level of incredible customer service and kindness is something that will always stand out for me. Grace worked her magic and found. A way to help me. Everything worked out, the room was perfect and I was very very happy. I had my own space and an extra room that the bride to be snuck into for some time out before the wedding.

Apartment is really nice. The photos usually look nicer than it is IRL but this was as good as, if not better. Stayed 2 nights, would have liked to explore more. Will book this again if I come back to KL.
