If Ohrid Town is a bit too hectic for you, drive on a few kilometres to Pestani for a complete change of pace. The host received me with Raki, coffee and conversation which gave a nice, personal touch. The room is basic but had a fantastic, large balcony overlooking gardens and mountains which I loved hanging out in. Lots of free street-parking. Place has a swimming pool which is nice ad unusual at this price-point.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming privately owned house. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Boris, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The house itself and the surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the serene surroundings. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you to the hosts for his exceptional hospitality!

Lile, Borys and their extended family certainly know how to make you feel at home. While the location isn’t a tourist hot spot, if you find yourself in this area, I would highly recommend staying with Lile. Coffee, Rakija and pool for a nice break.
