Everything was ok, clean,quiet, pleasant like at home. gusts have access to a coffee, tea and all the kithen equipment. place convenient to the train and bus station. above all the owner welcoming and helpful. I recommend

The host was friendly , upcoming , everything was how the apartment was described in the picture.The location was perfect,10 minutes walk by foot till the train station,anche LIDL shop vicino.The apartment was clean, and the host allowed us to check-in early.

- perfectly equiped flat with comfy bed - host invested in some bags of tea, cold bottled water and candies which was a really nice gesture by him - great communication via whatsapp in English - 10 minutes by foot from the train station and next to bus stop with great connections - all of that for the great price Highly recommended, thank you again Stefano!

Great small studio with kitchen right next to train station. Great to visiting assisi, Cortoina, arezzo, gubbio, spoletto ,etc. Stefano is really nice host/owner who even picked me up at the bust station. Highly recommend.
