The host provided us with excellent service. We felt at home from the very moment we informed the host we had arrived at the airport. The host picked us up from the airport despite our late arrival. The host was very friendly and checked on how we were getting on. The host advised us on places to visit which was very helpful as it was the first time for us to visit Italy. The property is located in a beautiful and quiet area. The security at the property is excellent. There are a dozen restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The property is easily accessible by buses and rail. We enjoyed the walk by the river beside the property. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again and we high recommend it to others.

The location outside of Perugia gave us a perfect location to reach Assisi, Spello and Perugia without any issues. The facilities are beautiful and so well kept. Aldo was able to help us with anything we needed and made some wonderful suggestions of where to go while we were there.

Warm welcome although late. Central location: nice bakery on walking distance where we had coffee every morning. Supermarkets also nearby. Close to lots of sightseeingplaces. The accomodation is comfortable and decorated with a very nice italian touch! Nice garden.
