The breakfast was typical Italian with croissants and cakes. There was also bread and different jams. The size of the room was large being in a city. The location is great - it is in an alley a few minutes from Piazza IV Novembre. So it is near the centre but also in a quiet area. The garden with roses and different plants and birds is idyllic.

Host Giuliana is a delight. Came to rescue us when online directions (which came from Booking.com website, by the way) led us astray. Also great location in the old town.

A nice, quiet and comfortable room overlooking a nice garden very close to the centre of Perugia. Giuliana was a lovely host who has travelled extensively with many photos from her travels on the wall in the breakfast area across the garden from our room. A good breakfast was shared on the same table with guests from the 2 other rooms being rented which led to some good conversations over coffee. Highly recommended.
