Stunning view comfortable and cosy for 3/4 set in the art district with a real back street bohemian vibe. Marco was helpful without being intrusive and responded to all our queries. Couple of minutes up-hill stroll to old-town Perugia, which is a gem of both Culture & Architecture. With good connections both North to Florence & South to Rome, then West to see the Lake or East for Assisi, which you can see from the apartment.

I got more than I expected. The apartment is located near to the historical city center but on the other hand there is a wonderful view of Umbrian landscape from its windows. There are a lot of charming restaurants and wineries in the close neighbourhood. The flat is fully-equipped and clean. The contact with the host is very good.
