Great location: about 0.5 km from the historical center, yet situated in a spot with nature views and a wide panorama. The apartment features its own garden and private parking. The apartment itself is very comfortable and excellently equipped, including the kitchen. The owner, Marco, was very kind and helpful. The airport is reachable by car in 15 minutes (in the early morning; expect slightly longer travel times later).

This property was simply perfect - it’s all newly renovated inside with underfloor heating and two gorgeous bathrooms. It’s quiet, comfortable and with a beautiful view over the Perugia valley. The building itself is also a traditional old Italian style house that is charming. An extra mention to Marco, the owner, who very kindly picked us up from the station when we arrived and was very flexible with letting us check out late and leave our bags at the property so we could explore the town all day before leaving. Thank you Marco for your generosity!
