Location, location, location! Apartment is modern and spacious with all the facilities you need. Marco was extremely friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. I enjoyed early morning walks, before all the tourists arrived. I arrived via train and used the minimetro, from there a walk of perhaps 300 metres to the apartment.

Everything really. Good central location with magnificent views, just outside on the steps leading down to historic Perugia. All very comfortable and Marco made himself available to deal with any issues . Spotlessly clean with good showers and hot water on tap.

This apartment was comfortable and spacious and very close to the historic centre. Marco was a generous and accommodating host. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Perugia.
