The place is perfect, there are good restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very clean and cozy. We will be back again.

The two level apartment was super clean, spacious and very well equipped(complementary water, wine, coffee, tea, sweets, etc., lovely shampoo and shower gel, PlayStation game console downstairs). Honestly, the apartments are cozy and elegant: big rooms, large and comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, towels and sheets. Lovely terrace and garden side and in the front of the house, parking space. The bathrooms (one on each level) were clean and fully equipped. The location is 10 mins walk away from the beach and restaurants area. Supermarket was 5 mins walk away from the house. Communication: Ana was a great host, sincere and very polite, willing to answer our questions. Moreover, she kindly allowed us to remain 6 hours more after the check out hour since we had a delayed flight. Highly appreciated, Ana 🤗 Overall: We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone planning to visit to Perea.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet street. Beautiful garden in front of the house and parking place in front of the main door. Spacious, clean house with all amenities you need (complementary wine bottle, coffee, tea, clean towels, etc). Comfty beds, two bathrooms. Amazing host, always there to help you and address any questions you may have. We arrived one day late and she offered for us to stay one day longer without charge. Truly a great experience and stay
