The whole place is beautifully decorated. So much consideration into ensuring we would have a lovely time here. Everywhere was spotless. Jackie and paul were incredibly friendly and welcoming. So much was preprepared for our arrival. The nicest flapjacks I've ever eaten. Sweet little touches like the juices, jams and everything you would need to have that first hot drink after such a long drive from birmingham, as well as a thorough handwritten guide which was really helpful with this being our first time in Cornwall. We have loved every minute here. They even had a bowl of water ready for our dog. Such kind and lovely people. We are a little sad to be leaving but have thoroughly loved our time here. The location was perfect for us too, just far enough into the beautiful countryside for peace and quiet and great nights sleep, a two minute drive from a quaint little town called St Buryan, 12 minutes to Penzance, 20 minutes to St Ives and only 7-8 minutes to some beautiful beaches (Porthcurno is recommended) All in all we left thoroughly happy but also sad to leave this little gem behind.

What a truly wonderful stay! Jackie and her husband are fantastic hosts, always available and so happy to help with anything you need. They really made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The accommodation itself is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The lovely garden is a beautiful spot to unwind, and if you're lucky, you might even get a visit from two friendly cats, which was a delightful bonus! The property is in a very strategic position for exploring all the surrounding landmarks, making day trips incredibly easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located stay.

We loved the cute cottage vibe, the bed was really comfy and we enjoyed sitting out by the fire in the evenings. Everything we needed was there. Jacky was a brilliant host and stocked the fridge up with some breakfast provisions as we arrived late having traveled from London. If you are a biker, there are some brilliant roads to ride on a matter of minutes from here.
