Location was excellent! We were worried we wouldn't be able to find parking as there is none set aside for the booking - however it was never a problem and we mostly parked right outside!

Perfect home from home beautiful views from the upstairs lounge cosy and welcoming. Linda was very helpful after I had to call for a little help. The property is perfectly positioned on the front but only 5 mins walk to the town centre. Food and drinks in the dolphin are a must and on the doorstep. We never get fed up visiting penzance and having decent accommodation always makes it that little bit better see you next year Thanks John and Tracey

The Cottage was clean, spacious, comfortable and perfectly located, with lovely views of the sea. Was very sad to leave. Would definitely book again when visiting Penzance again.
