This was my second time staying at Holbein House and it was just as amazing as I remembered it!! Ally and Mike were so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable about places to eat and things to do in the area - and the house itself is beautiful, extremely well restored and furnished. Obviously Elvis deserves a separate mention for being a very good boy!

Mike and Ally are extraordinary hosts. From the very first day they provided us a helpful guide containing a list of recommended restaurants and activities. Breakfast is one of the key point of this structure: not only for the quality of the food but also for the atmosphere. Having all the guests in the same room and at the same table offers the opportunity to connect with people and create friendly relationships. The House is located in a quiet residential area but it is 15/20 minutes on foot from the city center, bus and train station, a good compromise!
