Very nice building and spacious rooms. Do note that when walking the coast path, the house is somewhat uphill. As the inn close to the hotel was closed when we were staying there, the closest place to eat was down in Freshwater east (it was a good restaurant!). Breakfast was very good!

The whole experience was exceptional value for money. The room was clean and the location aided a much needed nights sleep. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly. I would recommend staying at such an amazing property.

Portclew is a lovely mansion and my room was warm and comfortable, set in nice grounds. Toiletries were provided. The breakfast was lovely. It is not by a restaurant so I walked to the nearest one Jack's about 1 mile by the sea. The car park was great.
