The breakfast was great. The hotel was located close to the town of Pella. We were there for 2 nights and everything was great about the stay. If in the area again would definitely stay there and will recommend to others.

Great location. Easily accessible. Well-maintained, welcoming exterior. Great foyer. Beautifully-decorated room. Excellent, comfortable furnishings. Great wifi. A tremendous experience.

The night (1030) clerk (young petite female) was exceptional! Even though she had a guest when I came in, she acknowledged me, then at check in was fast efficient, and super friendly. Then at checkout in the am (715), the clerk was just as fast, friendly, and processed me out perfectly. The management should keep an eye on these young ladies, they are definitely assets who will build that business with just their attitudes toward guests!
