The fine print
Please note that when booking more than 2 rooms, different payment policies apply.
If the Guest cancels a Group Booking more than 30 days from the arrival date, the guest will be charged the deposit but will not have to pay for the booking.
If the Guest cancels a Group Booking on or within 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be charged full amount for the entire booking.
The Guest accepts these terms by paying a non-refundable deposit of 25 % of the total price of the reservation anytime from a Credit Card provided.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Amazing view from the room, from the balcony, from the restaurant. The aircon didn’t work on the first night and we couldn’t sleep but it was fixed immediately when we mention it to the staff. The guy who worked at the bar was extremely nice to us moving his car and giving us his parking spot. The room was with a kitchen. We didn’t cook but you can. There is a fridge as well. The sunset from the balcony is breathtaking. The restaurant is very popular but there was no noise coming. We liked everything but there was a lot of mosquitos in the room .

Bella Vista is a perfect destination for all loving sunsets, we had an astonishing view from our room balcony, and every appartment has this view:) There is a restaurant in Bella Vista with a good cuisine and hosts are very friendly, We felt like home yet with all privacy needed for a good relaxing holidays.

To begin with, Sofia was the best host ever! The view from both restaurant and room was stunning, the food incredible. What else is there to say? This was a great stay!
