Everything was perfect! The hotel was excellent — clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly, and everything worked smoothly. I highly recommend it!”

I didn’t really enjoy my stay at the hotel, although I want to mention that the staff were very nice, kind and respectful, and the breakfast was really good. One thing I didn’t like was the bed setup — the bed sheets were too small and didn’t even cover the mattress properly, which I found quite surprising for a hotel. The mattress for me weren’t comfortable but this is very subjective and varies from one person to another. I actually have photos to show this. This is something that really shouldn’t happen but can easily be fixed. On a positive note, the location is great, and Pejë is a lovely city to visit. What I mentioned is a small issue that can be resolved easily, and I hope it will be addressed for future guests.

The service was fantastic. The lovely lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and when our TV wasn't working, they fixed it immediately. The location is fantastic. It's a 10 minute walk (or less) to the city centre and a lot of the sights. The breakfast was also really great.
